Who is responsible

This website is operated by Marcelo Oliveira, as an individual, under the name MYCODE. For any question about personal data, write to info@mycode.pt.

What we collect

We only collect the details you send through the contact form: name, e-mail, project type (optional) and message. There are no user accounts or profiles.

Our hosting provider (Vercel) automatically logs technical access data, such as IP address and browser, to operate and protect the service. These logs have limited retention and are not used to identify you.

Why we use it

Form data is used exclusively to reply to your request and, if we move forward, to prepare a proposal. The legal basis is your consent and pre-contractual steps taken at your request.

Who we share it with

Your request is delivered by e-mail to info@mycode.pt through a transactional e-mail service acting as a processor. We do not sell or hand over data to third parties for marketing.

Cookies and measurement

This website uses no cookies, analytics or third-party scripts. Your language preference lives in the URL (/pt or /en), with nothing stored on your device.

How long we keep it

Messages are kept in the mailbox only for as long as needed to handle the request and any resulting business relationship, and are then deleted.

Your rights

You can request access to, correction or deletion of your data, or withdraw consent, by writing to info@mycode.pt. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Portuguese data protection authority (CNPD).
