Starting point
Whoever owns an estate with several houses, a rural tourism business or a set of holiday rentals is rarely there. They manage from afar, by phone, with the cleaning team, the heat-pump technician and the booking system each in its own corner. Knowing whether House 3 is ready, how much the solar is producing or who came through the gate at 11 pm takes three calls and brings no certainty.
What we built
Mirante brings everything into one place. The 3D model shows the property as it is, with every house, gate, heat pump, solar panel, camera, bike and charger reporting its status in real time, day and night, with a TV mode for reception. The dashboard gives the business view: occupancy, revenue and costs per month, guests, energy and water, maintenance with mandatory photos and a camera wall, with filters by property and period.
The guest assistant answers on WhatsApp at any hour: it sends directions and gate codes, handles check-in, logs requests to reception and opens maintenance tickets on its own. Everything connects to the booking system, invoicing and the sensors already in place, with a base to open and modules to fit: maintenance, assistant, connected house, energy, cameras, bikes and EV chargers, living model.
Where it stands
Mirante is in public demonstration with a fictional estate and illustrative numbers, and in proposal for its first property. The demo works best on a computer; on a phone the model opens in a simplified version.
